Aisha Glenn is part of the HR team and studies at the McGill University. She is responsible for recruitment, performance management and driving global engagement as part of the Human Capital Management team. Aisha is a third-year student pursuing a degree in Industrial Relations with minors in Sociology and Health Geography, and is an active member of McGill Students for UN Women as well as an editor for the IR Association’s student-run magazine. Aisha currently sits on the board of a Montreal-based non-profit as their Social Media Director, where she recently launched a media strategy rebranding campaign. She has extensive teaching experience in both the US and Canada, and is passionate about HR, public health and employment law.
